The app is used to organize and provide photography services. It allows clients to request a shooting, provide relevant details, upload preparation photos where necessary, and access private photo galleries after the shooting.

6. Uploaded Photos

If you upload preparation photos, such as portrait or outfit photos, these are used to prepare your shooting and, where applicable, to help identify you during an event situation.

Please only upload photos that you are authorized to provide.

Uploaded preparation photos are not intended for public publication unless separately agreed.

7. Private Galleries and Image Access

After a shooting, selected images may be made available through a private gallery.

Depending on the payment or release status, images may be shown with or without watermark. Download and sharing options may only be available after payment or approval.

Access to galleries is controlled through a Customer ID or similar access mechanism. Please keep your Customer ID confidential.

8. Service Providers and Hosting

To operate the app and provide the gallery service, external service providers may be used.

These may include:

• Cloudflare, for backend infrastructure, request handling, and security

• Dropbox, for storing client data, uploaded photos, and gallery images

• Apple services, where required for app distribution and device functionality

These providers may process data on behalf of the controller or as separate controllers, depending on the specific service.

Where required, appropriate data processing agreements or contractual safeguards should be used.

9. International Data Transfers

Some service providers may process data outside the European Union or the European Economic Area.

Where personal data is transferred to third countries, appropriate safeguards are used where required, such as adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses, or other legally recognized mechanisms.

Shooting requests, contact details, uploaded preparation photos, and galleries may be stored for the duration of the client relationship, the project, and any applicable retention periods.

Access is only used for the function you select, such as uploading a preparation photo or saving a gallery image to your device.
